Answerling is a voice AI agent for your business phone: for plumbing, HVAC, electrical and landscaping shops, and any business where the person who answers the phone is also doing the work. Scarp Systems LLC does business as Answerling.

What it does on a call

You forward your calls to your agent and keep your own number. Your agent answers in your business's name, asks the question each job needs, and takes down the caller's name, number and what they need. It reads the details back so the caller can correct them, and says someone from your business will call back.

After the call, you get the write-up by email, with a link to the call in your dashboard, where the recording and the transcript are kept.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't pretend to be a person. Asked, it says it's your virtual assistant.
  • It doesn't book appointments, dispatch a crew, or give an arrival time. It takes the request, and you call back to set the time.
  • It doesn't make up a price. Asked for one it wasn't given, it says the number comes from your team.
  • It is not an emergency service. Anyone who smells gas, sees smoke or has any other emergency should hang up and call 911 or their utility.
