Terms of use
For this website and the demo call. The service itself runs under a written service agreement with each customer.
These terms cover this website, answerling.ai, and the demo call on it. They are between you and Scarp Systems LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Answerling (“Answerling”, “we”). The Answerling service itself, an AI agent answering a business’s phone, is provided under a written service agreement with each customer, and that agreement governs the service; where these terms and a service agreement differ, the agreement wins for that customer.
1. The demo call
The demo call connects you to our demo agent so you can hear how an Answerling agent sounds. It is a real, live call: it is recorded, transcribed and summarised, and we listen to demo calls to improve the agent (see the privacy policy). A demonstration only: it books and buys nothing, and what you say comes to our team, not to any business. If you ask for a call back, our team may call you. Do not share sensitive information on it, such as payment card numbers, government identifiers or health details. The demo has daily and monthly allowances; when either runs out, the site shows a scripted sample instead.
2. What the service costs
Answerling is sold on two plans, month to month: After hours, $149 a month with 200 minutes of talk time included, and The whole line, $299 a month with 600 minutes included. Talk time above the included minutes is $0.40 a minute on either plan. Talk time is the time from when the agent answers a call to when the call ends, and unused minutes do not carry over. There is no setup fee and no annual contract, and you can cancel any month. These are the prices we publish today: we may change them on thirty days’ written notice, and prices exclude any sales tax that applies. What a particular customer pays, when they are billed and how their minutes are counted are set by their written service agreement, and where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.
3. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about Answerling, book a call and try the demo. You may not use it to send automated traffic, to interfere with the demo or the site, to try to make the demo agent act against these terms, or to collect information about other people. We can restrict or end access to the demo at any time.
4. Our content
The text, design, images and the starling mark on this site belong to Scarp Systems LLC. You may quote short passages with a link back; anything more needs our written permission. “Answerling” and the Answerling mark are ours.
5. What we do not promise about this site
The site and the demo are provided as they are. We try to keep them accurate and available, and to say plainly on the site what the product does and does not do, but we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on the site is legal, financial or professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the demo. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. The service agreement, not this page, sets out our responsibilities to customers for the service.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located in New York State.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address with its effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
