We build it, and we try to break it.
Your agent takes ten scripted test calls before it answers a real one, then you ring it yourself. Nothing goes live until you say so.

After the call, the write-up can go on to the apps you already run. We connect them with you during setup.

We give your agent a local number. Then, on a call with us, you switch on forwarding from your line: every call, only the ones you miss, or after you close. We show you how to switch it off.
