After the call
The write-up comes to your inbox.
It arrives about a minute after the call. The call itself is kept in your dashboard, where the transcript sits beside the recording.
The email is the alert. The dashboard is the record.
The email.
About a minute after a call, the write-up is in your inbox, in plain words, with a link to that call in your dashboard.
- It goes to everyone you name. You, your partner, the office.
- Quiet hours, on your word. Tell us your quiet hours and late-night emails wait until they end; your agent still answers.
- Or no emails at all. Tell us and we switch them off; every call still lands in your dashboard.
- Sales pitches stay out of your inbox. When your agent marks a call as a sales pitch or a robocall, or the caller hangs up within seconds without leaving anything, you don't get an email. The call still shows in your dashboard.

Each one stays for seven days. The dashboard can't tell when you've called someone back, so nothing here ticks itself off.

- Find a call. Search by the caller's name, the number they rang from, or a word in the summary.
- Hear it and read it. Calls are recorded, and by default your agent says so when it answers. Each recording plays here from our own copy, behind your login, with the transcript beside it. What callers are told
- Waiting on you. Callers from the past week who asked for a call back, or left a request or a message, sit together on your Home page, and the Calls list has a “To call back” filter.
- The last 7 days. Calls, talk minutes and callbacks asked for, beside the 7 days before, with calls by day.
- Your plan. What you've used this month against your plan, when the month restarts, and what any extra minutes would cost.
- Your line. Your agent's number and a button to call it, how calls reach it, who gets the email, and your plan.
- Logins for the people you name. We make them, and nobody can make themselves an account. Each person signs in with an emailed link or a password, and can read your calls but not change them.
- More than one business? One login can see them all, and you switch between them.
- Practice calls stay out of your dashboard. The ones we run before your agent goes live don't show in your lists or your numbers.
Your other apps.
After the call, the write-up can go on to the apps you already run, as a calendar entry dated by the call, a row in your sheet, or a new request or customer in your job app, whichever it accepts.
We connect them with you during setup, and your dashboard keeps every call either way. What your apps need
Questions owners ask about the write-up
Yes. Give us every address that should hear about calls: you, your partner, the office. Each email goes to all of them at once, so each person can see who else got it. None of them needs a login to read it.
Your agent answers it, nights, weekends and holidays, whenever your line sends it a call, and the call shows in your dashboard straight away. If you've told us your quiet hours, the email about it waits until they end, with a line saying it was held.
The people you name, through logins we make for them. Our own team can see your calls too, so a call that went wrong can be found and fixed. The providers that carry, record and transcribe calls for us handle them on our instructions; our privacy policy describes each. The emails go to the addresses you give us, and any write-up sent on to your apps after the call carries the transcript too. Both are yours to share.
