Zapier

Each call's write-up, as a Zapier trigger. After the call, your Zaps send it on to the apps you run, and we set them up with you during setup.

What the write-up carries.

It includes these, written up after the caller hangs up. Where they didn't say, a detail is left blank, except two: the best number is then the one they rang from, and the call-back answer is no.

  1. When the call came in, and how long it lasted.
  2. The number they rang from, and the best number to call back.
  3. Their name.
  4. What they need, and where.
  5. When they hoped for, in their words.
  6. How the call ended, as a one-word mark, and whether they want a call back. None of the marks is an appointment.
  7. A one-word read of their mood.
  8. A short summary.
  9. The transcript.
  10. A link to the call in your dashboard.

Anything else they told your agent is in the transcript.

Questions owners ask about Zapier

Send it on to the apps you run: a new request, lead or customer in your job app, for you to schedule; an entry on your calendar; a row in your sheet or a post in your team's channel; a new customer in your books or a deal in your pipeline; or a short text to your own phone with the caller's name and number. A Zap can also sort calls: drains to one person and heating to another, or requests one way and messages another, by your agent's read of the call.

We build yours with you during setup. Before you rely on one, we make a test call and watch the write-up land in your app.

Your own Zapier account: your Zaps run there, in your name. A Zap with more than one step (a filter counts), a premium app, or more calls a month than Zapier's free plan runs needs a paid Zapier plan, which Zapier bills. We tell you which when we build yours. There is nothing to install on your computer or your phone.

No. It does not touch your calendar during the call. After the call, your Zap can add an entry dated by the call, with their wished-for time in their own words, for you to confirm with the caller.

No. The write-up goes one way: out, after the call. Nothing in your apps can change what your agent says or what your dashboard shows.

Without a filter, they reach your Zap too. With one, calls your agent marks as a sales pitch or a hang-up stop there. The mark is your agent's read of the call.

Once to each Zap you switch on, when the call's write-up is ready. When a Zap is set up or tested, Zapier also gets your latest write-ups as samples, and a test can add one to your app. If Zapier doesn't take a write-up, the call is still in your dashboard.

Yes. Tell us and we switch the emails off; after the call, each write-up still goes to your Zaps.

Bring the names of the apps you run to our first call.
